We had a great stay at 15 M st. The home is very clean and new. The bunk beds were great for the kids, we loved the decks and very short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for a great stay. The property is close enough to the amusements to walk but not too close where it is loud and busy. We will certainly return! We have been renting this property for years. The neighbor on two nights was extremely loud and we had to go a speak with them. They were up till 2am and loud. Not sure if owner changed. Unable to sleep due to noise.

This home was beautiful. Bedrooms were spacious. Great bathrooms. Beautiful views from the decks. The kitchen was state of the art. All the kitchen amenity were fantastic. This home was beautifully decorated. The location was fabulous.The central air broke during our stay, but was fixed in a few days. A part needed to be ordered. We also had a power outage one night on our block, which was exciting for the kids. We would definitely rent this home again.
Our family enjoys M Street rental! We have been coming down to Seadise Park while our grandkids are growing up. It always is wonderful! Best time for the entire family. We'll be back next summer! Thank You.
