The house was clean and very cozy. There was plenty of space 11 of us. It'We were able to pack less this year because they have lots of extras including everything you need for the beach, umbrella'chairs, carts...
We had a wonderful 2 week stay at 235 23rd Ave. The home was comfortable with plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. Convenient to both the beach and the bay. We hope to be back again next year!
