Beautiful spacious 2 story house with guest cottage and well maintained property. The outdoor bar and dining area were perfect for happy hour and dinner each night. We loved being so close to the beach that we could walk back to the houses for lunch. Kids loved making s’mores on the fire pit and having the boardwalk rides only a few blocks away. This is the perfect property for an extended family vacation!

Both houses are immaculate and have all the amenities of home. The property is located close to the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere. We walked to all our favorite spots. The outdoor living space in the backyard is so pretty and peaceful. We'd love to vacation here again.

We all had a fabulous time. The outdoor seating area really was the highlight. To be able to all hang out in the evenings was ideal with 2 toddlers in our group.
Our only one inconvenience was that there were 4 gas tanks for the grill and fire pit were all left empty. It’s states in the rental agreement that they aren’t guaranteed to be full, but realizing this on Sunday with food ready for the grill AND the requested refill station was closed on Sundays was a disappointment. However that was not the fault of the owner, but of the previous inconsiderate guests.
Other than that, I highly recommend this vacation rental for a large group.

Spacious houses with well maintained outdoor spaces for entertaining adults and kids! Beautifully appointed kitchen with Viking range and huge island for eating and entertaining. We loved celebrating happy hour at the outdoor bar and the outdoor dining area was perfect for our group, kids enjoyed making s’mores on the fire pit. The walk to the beach is so short that we came back to the house for lunch each day! Plenty of parking and beds for our extended family vacation!

This vacation rental is spacious both inside and out. Plenty of room for the 8 of us as we also used the back cottage. Although there are some renovations being done in the house, it did not prohibit our experience. The back yard has a beautiful living space with a wonderful gas fire pit. We loved it!

My family and I had great stay at this home. Hope to stay there again.

House was in a good location not too far from the beach and boardwalk if you don’t mind a little walk. Neighborhood was quiet. The back house was perfect for my parents and the backyard was cute and private. The house was very nicely decorated. I would rent again.
