This cottage was in a perfect location for me, and I couldn’t be happier with Arthur Rue Agency. Everyone there was kind, helpful and very professional. The cottage I rented was a little grubby. The cottage is generally in great shape, but it needs a good cleaning. I also had some privacy concerns: There were no window coverings over the large front door window or on the bathroom window. I’d also note that the outdoor area isn’t as spacious as it appears. It could have been uncomfortable had anyone been staying in the front house at the same time and definitely would have heightened the privacy issue.
