6 Ocean Ave (On The Dune)

This was a perfect vacation home for my family to stay in for 2 weeks. Very quiet area, parking was great for 3 cars, and all the amenities were clean .

Have rented this home 3 years in a row. You can’t find a home with a better location and accommodations for the entire family. Steps away from the quiet Midway Beach. Walk to restaurants,ice cream and bay. Anyone interested should contact Lauren at Arthur Rue Agency. She is very helpful

A great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the neighborhood! The house was clean and comfortably fit 7 adults. The description mentioned an outside shower but there wasn’t one. Not a game changer but the description of the home should be updated!

We were blessed to have almost perfect weather for almost the whole 2-week stay. The house was very nice, but getting to the beach was a bit of a challenge because of the dune (we're seniors!).

This is our second year here and we had another great week. The only thing we wish was different was more cooking supplies in the house. There were limited pots and pans and we had to buy or bring our own. Otherwise we love this house and would love to stay each year!

The home location was just perfect being located in the quaint section of Midway Beach! The views from the deck were amazing and we only had to take a few steps until were on the friendly Midway Beach or to the Seaside Park boardwalk. We enjoyed many nice walks & runs along that boardwalk down to the Seaside Heights attractions. Many shops and restaurants were in walking, distance. Overall the home was in good condition with no major issues. Of course it was a bit sandy upon our overall, but heck it was the beach! The guests before us left a mess outside with placing their garbage in and around the neighbors cans. We gladly cleaned it up to ensure the neighbors were kept happy. At the end of our one week stay, we really had a hard time leaving. We easily could have enjoyed another week at this terrific home with the most amazing location. The rental agency was terrific as well. Any questions I had before arriving were answered promptly and with pleasure. Highly recommend this home and the Arthur Rue agency.
