Our rental experience was good. Despite the weather being not the greatest. We had a fun time.

We chose to stay close to home this year for our family vacation. My husband and I have three grandchildren under the age of two. They were too young to sit in a car for our usual 10hr drive down south.
We loved being right at the water and close to attractions. We are crabbers. Unfortunately the water was too choppy to catch any crabs. That was a bummer.
The A/C needs to be either a little larger or needs freon. It was warm inside,especially upstairs. Also the upstairs bathroom was a little small for a 3 bedroom occupancy upstairs. We all chose to use the shower downstairs for comfort. It took a long time for 6 adults and 3 babies to bathe.
Having the awning outside was awesome! That's where we spent all of our spare time.
We agree with the other reviews that a ladder is needed into the bay from the back of the house.
The weather cooperated, it was a perfect week. It was all about the grandchildren! It was our first family vacation with them. The house was very clean. Thank you.

First of all, the Arthur Rue agency is awesome. They always treat us like family. Strongly recommend working with these fine people. The home was clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked beautifully, which I have found to be rare with weekly rentals at the shore. Bay front location was amazing, fishing and crabbing off of the deck was a big bonus. Good value as well. Covered deck made a big difference, great feature.

The house was just as you see it in the pictures. it was clean and had most things we needed. The area out back on the bay was phenomenal. so beautiful. it could have used some new lounge chairs and a ladder with access to the bay. you have all the water for kayaking and paddle boarding and no way to get in. everyone on that side had a ladder. i was pleased with the house but would hesitate going back without a ladder.

The house was exactly as pictured in the photos. Not as bright in the kitchen as pictured because the photos were taken when the outside awning is down in the winter. But that awning outside is fantastic. able to sit there in blazing sun and rain. It would be perfect if it had a ladder to access the bay. we had a perfect vacation there.

This house was so close to perfect. Nice kitchen and perfect living room. Great space for 8 people. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The outside space was the best. Spent most of our time outside on the deck. The one thing that would have made it better was access to the bay like every other house near it. A ladder would be ideal so you can get into and out of the water for kayaking and paddle boarding. The house that I rented previously had that feature. AndI missed having it. All of the beautiful bay right in front of you and no way to use it. Please consider this addition!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved sitting in the back deck watching the waves and the storms at night!

This house is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay. Large deck on the back which is where I spent most of my time. Will certainly be coming back next year
