We have stayed in this house for several years. It has a great backyard with patio and pool. The house itself is nice, with a few minor issues but nothing to keep us from renting it again next year.

My family loved every minute at this house. The pool was a bonus keeping them happy and busy. This house is the perfect place for entertaining friends and family. It’s spacious and very clean . We are all looking forward to being here next year..

We have rented this house for several years and enjoy our time there. It is only a few houses away from the beach, has a great pool and outdoor area and, especially this year with COVID, was extremely clean. A few things they could work on: we have twice had the second and third floor AC stop working. It really needs to be replaced, however, I will say they addressed it each time it happened and had it fixed within a day or two.

This house is just what we needed for the number of people we had. Enough bedrooms to separate children from parents, a big kitchen and eating area. Close enough to the beach to walk, plus a really nice pool area when the beach got to be too much. The only drawbacks were it could have been cleaner considering the amount charged for cleaning fee i.e sand on the floors, half eaten fig newton in playroom,BBQ grill not cleaned by previous user. Also, we were not crazy about having to drop off the garbage and recycling the day we left, but that was a minor inconvenience.
Overall, the house is great. A very quiet area, but close enough to amusement areas (10 minute drive) to keep the little ones entertained.

Another amazing stay in 25 C Street! This house is perfect for our group. It has everything we need, beds are comfortable, house and pool are clean and has all the household items you need.

Another amazing week in 25 C Street! This house has everything you need to have a memorable stay with family or friends. Fully loaded kitchen, spacious bedrooms, the loft, the pool, it has it all. Thanks again for a great stay. We will be back!

Our rental experience was as close to perfect as you could get. Arthur Rue staff was easy to work with and the home we rented was beautiful. It had everything we needed.
