Close to ice-cream store, restaurants, boardwalk, and all the beautiful beaches of Seaside Park. Weeks available in June, July, August, and September.

8 of us had a terrific week. Place was clean and mostly well-maintained. Decor was mostly dated but not shabby. Common area is a little on the small side, but worked fine. Beds are a little narrow, but comfortable enough. They do need to get 8 chairs for dining both inside and out. Was a little concerned how we'd manage with one bathroom, but not a problem. Kitchen is nice, big, and well-equipped. Patio area was a little tight, but big enough (once we supplied an additional table and four chairs). BBQ grill was new and worked fine. TV never got service, and missing window shade in my bedroom never arrived, but not deal-breakers. There was one AC on the floor in the living room that we never needed to put in the window, so don't know if it works. No ACs upstairs, but every room has a ceiling fan. Weather was gorgeous our week; not sure how'd it be if it got really hot at night. Overall cozy, comfortable, fun. Ate dinners in; went to the beach, the bay, the Heights, the ice cream parlor (a block away!). Cannot beat it for the price. Would definitely go back.
